Award of SuperiorityComplete Training for Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 is an interactive tutorial training DVD-Rom designed to teach the ins and outs of all the programs that officially come with the purchase of Premiere Pro (which includes OnLocation and Encore) to compose a video project. From using On Location during filming to final output in Encore in a chosen format, this tutorial step by step walks the User through all the necessary interfaces, preferences and control panels required to complete a professional project.

Over sixty lessons in eleven subjects comprise the training that uses both visual and verbal explanation to show the software’s use and abilities, as well as compatibilities between CS4 programs via Dynamic Link and use of Meta Data etc. Extremely detailed in its presentation, one would be hard pressed to find a section that is not covered fully.

The tutorial is expertly lead and hosted by Emmy winner Tim Kolb, a director and post production guru, who obviously lives and breaths this stuff.

Ease of Use
This product is very easy to use. Self-contained on a single disc DVD-Rom, included are both the interactive tutorials and all of the footage and photographs needed to work along with the lessons. If you can use a computer you will have no difficulty navigating the disc. By simply clicking on the desired lesson it plays the section picked with a simple play/pause button and a run time gauge. When each section is complete, the program automatically moves on to the next lesson. If you have to quit the program it can easily be picked up at the beginning of the lesson you chose.

Another thing that is useful, is a complete list of the entire lesson course on the back of the DVD case and they are listed with decimals, which are easy to write down and come back to. Overall everything seems well laid out in a logical and useful manner.
