Understandability
Expressions are hard for some of us to learn including myself. I learned quite a bit through this training. Everything is very clear and the structure is such that the lessons build on themselves.
Depth of Information
There is a tremendous amount of information presented in each of the bundles; enough to complete three usable projects in each one.

Attention Captivation
Expressions may not be that captivating to most right brain individuals, but the training was easy to follow and entertaining in its own way. Definitely a great presentation of this material.
Reusability
As a learning tool the combination of the QT movie, the AE comp, the files, and a reference sheet and even some text files of code are something that you will use over and over. Highly recommended.

Value vs. Cost
At only $29 per bundle the value certainly outweighs the cost. These are all very usable projects.
Overall Comment
If you are interested in learning expressions more fully, both bundles are a must have. This is the clearest, most useful tutorial on expressions that I have ever used. If you are curious about expressions and want to see if they are for you, then I would recommend starting with Bundle 1. Even if you decide that expressions aren't your preferred way to work, you can still follow the tutorials and use the results in your own projects to good effect.
